Origami Project : Mystery Unfolded?

March 3, 2006

A really interesting article was published in Swiekcki’s Blog. The article reckons that The Origami Project is actually a PDA like gadget with Microsoft Windows operating system:

I clicked on the link, downloaded the document file, and since the entire document was written in black letters, made the color white. This is what i found: (the letters here are back in black)

Before you read, you will notice that several parts stand out and just shout out what the project really is. some of these include:

fast-growing markets for wireless handsets; information appliances; information infrastructure; and display, imaging, and human interface technologies

– In developing the Origami with Microsoft® Windows® XP Embedded, National gained a full range of features, faster development time, reliab= le performance, and strong multimedia and wireless support.

-for its Origami multifunction information appliance.

– Venturcom

ALL OF THE SIGNS POINT TO THE FACT THAT THE ORIGAMI PROJECT IS A PDA LIKE DEVICE WITH MICROSOFT OPERATING SYSTEM.

You can check the whole article here.

Apparently all the information provided does point to that conclusion. But one can not be sure until Microsoft makes any kind of announcement. Until then, its all just speculation.
